At the beginning of 2025, I joined my church in a 21-day fast.
Because I was still training in the gym, I modified the fast to maintain muscle: just protein powder, fruits, veggies, and nuts. Protein pre- and post-workout only, and food only when absolutely necessary.
But I didn’t just fast from food.
