Taking action with massive impact requires more than just effort—it demands clarity, confidence, and alignment between your thoughts, beliefs, how you view yourself - aka your perceived identity - and goals. If unresolved identity issues, limiting beliefs, or negative thoughts and emotions remain, they act as hidden saboteurs, undermining your ability to move forward with full force.
Identity Mismatch: When your self-identity doesn’t align with the actions required for success, you may feel incapable, unworthy, or unprepared. For example, if you see yourself as “not a leader,” you’ll unconsciously resist taking on leadership roles, even when opportunities arise.
Limiting Beliefs: Beliefs like “I’m not good enough” or “I’ve never been disciplined” create mental boundaries that stop you from seeing your potential. These false narratives trigger self-doubt, making it hard to commit to meaningful action.
Negative Thoughts and Emotions: Unresolved emotions like fear, guilt, or resentment create mental noise that distracts you and drains your energy. Negative thought patterns keep you stuck in a loop of procrastination or hesitation, preventing progress.

1. Problem Shifting
This is the starting point for every roadmap, and for good reason.
Why Problem Shifting? It’s the easiest method to understand and complete, making it the perfect starting point on any journey. Think of it as a warmup—it prepares the mind while also being one of the most powerful tools we offer. Problem Shifting can clear almost anything, quickly and permanently.
It clears daily mind clutter, allowing you to start fresh and focused.
Reminder for Members: The more you use Problem Shifting, the easier and more effective it becomes over time.
2. Blockage Shifting (If Necessary)
If Problem Shifting isn’t enough to clear a challenge, Blockage Shifting comes into play.
Deep Subconscious Work: This method is designed for deep-rooted subconscious challenges. It often involves not just one problem but multiple problems layered together, requiring a more focused effort to resolve.
Key Rule: Only use Blockage Shifting when absolutely necessary.
3. Belief Shifting
Limiting beliefs are often productivity’s greatest enemy.
A belief is nothing more than a thought with an emotion attached to it.
Example: You clear procrastination through Problem Shifting but still struggle with focus. A limiting belief, such as thinking, “I’ve always been a scatterbrain so therefore I don't have the ability,” might be the root cause.
Belief Shifting replaces these false narratives with empowering beliefs, unlocking your potential for sustained focus and productivity.
4. Identity Shifting
Sometimes, productivity challenges stem from how we see ourselves.
Key Tip: If you have a project or goal with a fast approaching deadline requiring tasks that you don’t feel capable of completing because you don’t identify as someone who can accomplish them, start with a couple of Problem Shifting sessions and then jump right to Identity Shifting.
Example: An entrepreneur preparing to pitch to investors believes they are an introvert who can’t speak publicly. Deep down, their extroverted nature has been buried by past events or subconscious fears. Identity Shifting re-aligns their self-perception with reality.
Flexibility: If needed, you can always backtrack to Blockage Shifting or Belief Shifting later.
5. Trauma Shifting (If Necessary)
Trauma doesn’t always mean catastrophic events. It could be something as subtle as hurtful words that linger.
Trauma Shifting addresses these emotional wounds, clearing their impact on productivity.
6. Reality Shifting
Here’s where the magic happens.
Why It’s Key: After clearing mental clutter, weak identities, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks, you can now focus on goals.
Goal Achievement: Reality Shifting is designed to align your actions with your day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and objectives. Hitting targets is the holy grail of entrepreneurship.
Warning: Skipping the foundational steps 1-5 as previously mentioned often leads to failure because unresolved issues act as hidden saboteurs, undermining massive action. When foundational issues aren’t addressed, the action step becomes unsustainable, leaving you stuck in a cycle of frustration.
7. Maintenance
The final step ensures sustained productivity:
Use Reality Shifting every Monday to get clear on and crush weekly goals.
Use Problem Shifting as needed for new challenges that arise.
Use Identity or Belief Shifting in instances that pop up where a project requirement doesn't align with how you currently see yourself or believe about yourself.
Encouragement: While steps like Blockage Shifting, Belief Shifting, Trauma Shifting and Identity Shifting may rarely be needed again, they are always available if necessary.
